3. Head's reporting requirements and DG's responsibilities

The Head must submit to the DG or to the Minister via the DG—

(a)annually, the COMSEC's strategic plan, annual report and annual financial statements; and
(b)on request of the DG or the Minister, any information held by the COMSEC.
