21. Record keeping

(1) A copy of the appeal documents, including notification of the decision, record of proceedings and copies of the Agency's file must be retained by the Independent Tribunal for a period of 5 years from the date of communication of the outcome of the appeal.

 

(2) The Independent Tribunal is the custodian of all the appeal documents.
