Notwithstanding these Regulations, all appeals contemplated in regulation 6 of the Covid-19 SRD Regulations, must be lodged and considered, subject to regulation 5(4) and regulations 9(3)(b) and (c) of these Regulations, in terms of the Covid-19 SRD Regulations.
