45. Designation of Tourism Complaints Officer

(1) The Minister may designate a suitably qualified officer of the Department as Tourism Complaints Officer and publish his or her name in the Gazette.

 

(2) The Tourism Complaints Officer must—
(a) perform the functions referred to in section 46; and
(b) deal with any complaint received in respect of tourism services, facilities or products in the manner provided for in section 47.
