8. Codes of good practice for tourism

The
Minister
may, by notice in the
Gazette
, issue codes of good practice to—
(a)
guide conduct relating to tourism services, facilities and products;
(b)
guide conduct of organs of state responsible for developing and managing tourism; and
(c)
promote the achievement of the objects of
this Act
.
