Veterinary and Para-Veterinary Professions Act, 1982 (Act No. 19 of 1982)

No person shall, except for the purposes of carrying out his or her functions or performing his or her duties under this Act or for the purpose of legal proceedings under this Act or when required to do so by any court or under any law, disclose to any other person any information acquired by him or her in the carrying out of his or her functions or the performance of his or her duties under this Act and relating to the business or affairs of any person registered or deemed to be registered in terms of this Act.
