10. Indication of grade designation

(1)The grade designation of a poultry carcass that is marked on the container thereof, shall be the applicable grade designation specified in column 4 of Table 1.

 

(2)No grade designation other than the applicable grade designation shall be marked on a container of a poultry carcass.
