17. Education and awareness

17.1The Department of Labour should ensure that copies of this code are available and accessible, particularly to persons with disabilities and organisations offering support to such persons and their families.

 

17.2Employers and employer organizations should include the Code in their orientation, education and training programmes of employees.

 

17.3Trade unions should include the Code in their education and training programmes of shop stewards and employees.
