20. Recording of particulars

(1)In addition to the particulars required elsewhere in this Scheme, particulars of the following acts with or in connection with a distillate shall also be recorded on the applicable distillate record:
(a)The distillation of the distillate concerned.
(b)The addition of the distillate concerned to wine.
(c)The admixing of the distillate concerned with another distillate.
(d)The movement of the distillate concerned between containers in which it is stored or matured.
(e)The addition and removal of substances to and from the distillate concerned.
(f)The application of treatments to the distillate concerned.
(g)The maturation of the distillate concerned, and of the vats in which it is matured.
(h)The stabilisation, filtration and bottling of the estate brandy concerned.
(i)The occurrence of losses during distillation, maturation, stabilisation filtration and bottling.

 

(2)Except where expressly provided otherwise in this Scheme, the particulars required to be recorded on a press register, production sheet, wine record, blending sheet and distillate record in terms of this Scheme shall be thus recorded not later than the working day following the working day on which the recordable act concerned has occurred.
