Infused gin shall—
(a) | be produced by macerating juniper and other flavourings of plant origin, but not extracts or essences thereof, in a spirit; |
(b) | have a predominant taste and aroma characteristic of juniper; and |
(c) | have an alcohol content of at least 43 per cent. |
