The Plant Improvement Act, 1976 (Act No. 53 of 1976), has been updated with Amendments to Table 1 under Regs R.1064 of 23 May 1980 - Fees Payable from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026, as per Notice No. R.5909 of GG52185 dated 28 February 2025.
The Perishable Products Export Control Act, 1983 (Act No. 9 of 1983), has been updated with the Repeal of Regulations under Notice No. R.917 of 1984 and new Regulations added - effective July 2025, as per Board Notice 709 of GG51903, dated 17 January 2025.
The Local Government: Municipal Electoral Act, 2000 (Act No. 27 of 2000), has been updated with the Official List of Voting Stations : Municipal By-Elections – 19 March 2025, as per Notice No. 3016 of GG52193 dated 28 February 2025.
The Health Professions Act, 1974 (Act No. 56 of 1974), has been updated with Rules relating to Fees Payable to Council, as per Board Notice 743 of GG52199, dated 28 February 2025.
The Dental Technicians Act, 1979 (Act No. 19 of 1979) has been updated with Amendments to Regulations under Notice No. R.306 of 26 February 1982: Regulations relating to Unmounted Teeth, 2021, as per Notice No. 5919 of GG52194 dated 28 February 2025.
The Deeds Registries Act, 1937 (Act No. 47 of 1937), has been updated with amendments to Regulations under R474 of March 1963 - Schedule of Fees of Office – effective 1 April 2025, as per Notice No. 5917 of GG52191, dated 28 February 2025.
The Agricultural Pests Act, 1983 (Act No. 36 of 1983), has been updated with Amendments to Regulations under Notice No. R.725 of 2021: Control Measures relating to Polyphagous Shot Hole Borer, as per Notice No. R.5908 of GG52185 dated 28 February 2025.
The Short-Term Insurance Act, 1998 (Act No. 53 of 1998), has been updated with the Repeal of Notice No. 4404 of 23 February 2024 and new Penalty for Failure to Furnish Authority with Returns Etc., as per Notice No. 5585 of GG52151 dated 21 February 2025.
The Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999), has been updated with Amendments to the Treasury Regulations for departments, trading entities, constitutional institutions, and public entities under Notice No. R.225 of 2005 – effective 1 June 2025, as per Notice No. 5841, GG52061, dated 7 February 2025.
The National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), has been updated with the Withdrawal of Notice No. 5848 of 6 February 2025 - Regulations for the Management of Mercury in South Africa, 2024, as per Notice No. 5900 of GG52176, dated 24 February 2025 - until these Regulations have been tabled in Parliament in terms of section 47(2) of the Act.
The National Education Policy Act, 1996 (Act No. 27 of 1996) has been updated with the 2026 and 2027 Calendars for Public Schools, as per Notice No’s. 5901 and 5902 of GG52178 dated 26 February 2025.
The Long-Term Insurance Act, 1998 (Act No.52 of 1998), has been updated with the Repeal of Notice No. 4405 of 23 February 2024 and new Penalty for Failure to Furnish Authority with Returns Etc., as per Notice No. 5585 of GG52151 dated 21 February 2025.
The Local Government: Municipal Electoral Act, 2000 (Act No. 27 of 2000), has been updated with the Official List of Voting Stations : Municipal By-Elections – 12 March 2025, as per Notice No. 3012 of GG52154 dated 21 February 2025.
The Dental Technicians Act, 1979 (Act No. 19 of 1979) has been updated with Amendments to Regulations under Notice No. R.308 of February 1982: Regulations relating to the Registration of Dental Laboratories and Related Matters, as per Notice No. 5903 of GG52179 dated 26 February 2025.
The Conservation of Agricultural Resources Act, 1983 (Act No. 43 of 1983), has been updated with Revised Tariffs, Rates and Scales for the Goods and Services provided by the Department in terms of the Conservation of Agricultural Resources Act (CARA), Act No. 43 of 1983 and Sub-Division of Agricultural Land Act (SALA), Act No. 70 of 1970 – effective 1 April 2025, as per Notice No. R.5876 of GG52150, dated 21 February 2025.
The South African National Water Resources Infrastructure Agency SOC Limited Act, 2024 (Act No. 34 of 2024), has been added to the site on 13 February 2025, as per Notice No. 5170 of GG51163 dated 2 September 2024, effective 7 February 2025, per Commencement Notice 5851 of GG52070, excluding section 3(2) of the Act.
The Special Investigating Units and Special Tribunals Act, 1996 (Act No. 74 of 1996), has been updated with Referral of Matters: eThekwini Metropolitan Municipality - Water and Sanitation Services, as per Proclamation 248 of GG52084 dated 14 February 2025.
The Project and Construction Management Professions Act, 2000 (Act No. 48 of 2000), has been updated with the Repeal of Board Notice 139 of 2017 and new Revised Code of Conduct for Registered Persons, as per Board Notice 734 of GG52061 dated 7 February 2025.
The National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), has been updated with Regulations for the Management of Mercury in South Africa, 2024, as per Notice No. 5848 of GG52066, dated 6 February 2025.
The National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008), has been updated with Amendments to Regulations under N22 of 2019: Regulations for the Control of the Import or Export of Waste, 2017, as per Notice No. 5849 of GG52066 dated 6 February 2025.
The National Minimum Wage Act, 2018 (Act No. 9 of 2018), has been updated with Amendments to Schedules 1 & 2 of the Act - effective 1 March 2025, as per Notice No. R.5830 of GG52061 dated 7 February 2025.
The National Health Act, 2003 (Act No. 61 of 2003), has been updated with the National Forensic Pathology Services Committee Terms of Reference, as per Notice No. 5862 of GG52107 dated 14 February 2025.
The Medicines and Related Substances Control Act, 1965 (Act No. 101 of 1965), has been updated with the Repeal of Notice No. R.1379 of 2020 and a new Regulations regarding Fees Payable in terms of the provisions of the Medicines and related substances Act, 1965 (Act No. 101 of 1965), 2025, as per Notice No. 5856 of GG52106 dated 12 February 2025.
The Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995), has been updated with the Extension of Period of Operation of the Main Collective Agreement to Non-parties of the Bargaining Council for the Food Retail, Restaurant, Catering and Allied Trades, as per Notice No. R.5868 of GG52108, dated 13 February 2025.
The Legal Practice Act, 2014 (Act No. 28 of 2014), has been updated with 2025 fees payable by all legal practitioners, as per Notice No. 2994 of GG52088 dated 12 February 2025.
The Genetically Modified Organisms Act, 1997 (Act No. 15 of 1997) has been updated with Amendments to Table 2 of the Regulations - Genetically Modified Organisms Regulations, 2010 - effective 1 April 2025, as per Notice No. 5857 of GG52107, dated 14 February 2025.
The Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 (Act No. 130 of 1993), has been updated a Notice issued by the Acting Director-General under the Act – Annual Submission of Return of Earnings (ROEs), as per Notice No. 2991 of GG52069, dated 7 February 2025.
The Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997 (Act No. 75 of 1997), has been updated with Amendments to Sectoral Determination 1 and 9 Wage Schedules: - effective 1 March 2025, as per Notice No. R5830 of GG52061 dated 7 February 2025.
The Agricultural Product Standards Act, 1990 (Act No. 119 of 1990), has been updated with Fees for 2025 for Inspections and Sampling on Poultry Meat, Processed Meat Products, and certain Raw Processed Meat Products, as per Notice No. 2996 of GG52107, dated 14 February 2025.

The Road Accident Fund Act, 1996 (Act No. 56 of 1996), has been updated with the Adjustment of Statutory Limit in respect of Claims for Loss of Income and Loss of Support – effective from 31 January 2025, as per Board Notice 713 of GG52013 dated 31 January 2025.
The Postal Services Act 1998 (Act No. 124 of 1998) has been updated with ICASA Fees and Charges for Postal Services – effective 1 April 2025, as per Notice No. 5824 of GG52031, dated 31 January 2025.
The Political Party Funding Act, 2018 (Act No. 6 of 2018), has been updated with Multi-Party Democracy Fund, as per Notice No. 2985 of GG52032, dated 31 January 2025.
The Marketing of Agricultural Products Act, 1996 (Act No. 47 of 1996), has been updated with the Establishment of Statutory Measure and Determination of Guideline Price: Levy relating to Soybeans, as per Notice No. R.5815 of GG52021, dated 31 January 2025.
The Labour Relations Act, 1995 (Act No. 66 of 1995), has been updated with the Change of Name of a Trade Union from South African Rugby Players Association (SARPA) (LR2/6/2/643) to MyPlayers Industrial Association (MPIA) – effective 17 January 2025, as per Notice No. R.5819 of GG52021, dated 31 January 2025.
The Higher Education Act, 1997 (Act No. 101 of 1997), has been updated with a Notice published in terms of Regulation 18(1) of the Regulations for the Registration of Private Higher Education Institutions, 2016 read with Sections 62(1) and 63(a) of the Act: Publication of Cancellation of the Registration of the South African Institute for Heritage Science (Pty) Ltd as a Private Higher Education Institution, as per Notice No. 5800 of GG52013 dated 31 January 2025.
The Correctional Services Act, 1998 (Act No. 111 of 1998) has been amended and updated by the Correctional Services Amendment Act, 07 of 2021 – effective 1 February 2025 per Proclamation Notice 241, GG52016, dated 30 January 2025, as per Notice No. 323 of GG44650, dated 1 June 2021.

The Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001 (Act No. 38 of 2001), has been updated with Directive for Implementation of the Travel Rule relating to Crypto Asset Transfers in accordance with the Financial Action Task Force Recommendations - effective 30 April 2025, as per Notice No. 5543 of GG51556, dated 15 November 2024.
The Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No. 57 of 2002), has been updated with the Classification of a National Disaster in terms of Section 23 of the Act: Impact of Severe Weather in the Country, as per Notice No. 5813 of GG52015 dated 30 January 2025.
The Banks Act, 1990 (Act No. 94 of 1990), has been updated with Amendments to Regulations and deletion of certain forms under Notice R.1029 of 2012 - effective 1 February 2025, as per Notice No. 5802 of GG52013, dated 31 January 2025.
The Air Traffic and Navigation Services Company Act, 1993 has been updated with the Publication of Air Traffic Service Charges - effective 1 April 2025, as per Notice No. 2924, GG51843 dated 3 January 2025.
The Taxation Laws Amendment Act, 2024 (Act No. 42 of 2024), has updated and made amendments to the
